Lucia Emanuela Curzi is a distinguished Artist, Designer, and Art Director with a BA in Media Design, complemented by further studies at the London College of Fashion.

Lucia's career began in advertising, where she worked for four years before moving to London in 2008. There, she won first prize in the Company Magazine Illustration Competition, organized by Hearst Magazines UK. This achievement marked the start of a prolific career, leading to commissions from numerous global publications and exhibitions at prestigious London museums such as the Victoria & Albert Museum and Tate Britain.

Over the past 15 years, Lucia has split her time between Milan and London, collaborating with a long list of luxury clients, including Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Louboutin, Tiffany & Co., MAC Cosmetics, Selfridges, Covent Garden, London Fashion Week, Laura Mercier, Acqua di Parma, Harrods, Tory Burch, Tod’s, Wolford, and Swarovski. Her dynamic portfolio encompasses packaging, outdoor campaigns, and collaborations with influencers and stars such as Emma Roberts, Laura Whitmore, and Tamu McPherson.

Lucia’s distinctive style, characterized by strong black ink marks, elegant lines, and vibrant splashes of colour, has made her one of the few fashion illustrators to contribute to over 100 publications across the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, Italy, and Belgium. Her work has been featured in top-tier magazines like Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair, and The Sunday Times. Notably, her illustrations have graced 20 full pages for Harper's Bazaar's anniversary edition, and she illustrated an entire issue of Vogue Accessory. Her design work has also been featured in Architectural Digest and Elle Decor.

Her illustrious career has been recognized by ArtTribune Magazine, which included her in the history of fashion illustration. Recently, Lucia has begun exhibiting her oil paintings internationally, building on a strong history of exhibitions at prestigious institutions such as the Victoria & Albert Museum and Tate Britain. In her artistic exploration, she delves into the depths of human emotion and the delicate nature of our souls, caught amidst the juxtaposition of our inner worlds and the rapid pace of our contemporary environment. Her oil paintings focus on women and their perception in a world dominated by mass media imagery, employing the symbol of the swan as a metaphor for transformation and the bridge between tangible reality and the ethereal realm of dreams. Lucia continues to innovate and inspire within the realms of fashion and beauty illustration, editorial work, advertising, and art direction.
